Susan Scotty

Susan found yoga in 2004 after experiencing intense neck pain and other physical ailments. When she finally stepped onto a mat for the first time, she began a journey that would change her life forever. Asana, meditation, mindful movement, pranayama, and self-inquiry have given Susan the tools to align her body, open her mind, and soften her heart.

She has trained extensively with Kim Taurins and Rhia Robinson, both of whom continue to influence her practice and teaching. Susan deeply values studentship and regularly takes classes and courses to enrich and expand her understanding of this tradition. Susan is grateful to all of her teachers who have guided and supported her on this journey; she loves the opportunity to teach yoga and share the techniques and teachings that have had the most positive impact in her life.
