Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the class start time.
Cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to the start of class.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the start of class will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be eligible for account credit only.
Cancellations made 2 hours or less before the start time or non-attendance will result in forfeiture of payment.
Changes (e.g., switching from in-studio to online or to another class) made less than 2 hours prior to the start time will result in the loss of that class.
Non-attendance without cancellation will result in the loss of the class and a $10 No-Show fee.

30 day New Student - The membership begins with the first class booked (not the purchase date). Once the first class is booked, the membership becomes active and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended or renewed for non-use. Auto-renews at the Monthly Unlimited rate of $185 unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Monthly Unlimited - This membership includes unlimited classes each month. Includes 1 free special class per month (Extended Practice, Myofascial Release + Yoga Nidra, or Crystal Sound Bath). Members receive 15% off additional special classes, workshops (guest teacher workshops and trainings), and retail purchases. Membership may be frozen for up to 30 days once per 365-day period. The membership will automatically resume at the end of the freeze. Auto-renews at $185 per month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Annual Unlimited - Membership begins with the first class booked (not the purchase date). Membership is active for 365 days and is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or renewals for non-use.

These classes are streamed live via Zoom according to the posted schedule. Cancellations must be made at least 15 minutes before the class start time. Changes or cancellations must be completed prior to class start time to avoid losing the registration. Non-attendance without cancellation will result in the forfeit of the class registration fee. Live-streamed classes will not be recorded or emailed.
