ASHTANGA - SHORT FORM
Rigorous and more movement centric, this class is a one hour modified version of the Ashtanga primary series. It is a dynamic set sequence of sun salutations, standing poses and seated postures that is accessible for all levels. The practice becomes like a moving meditation with focus on breath, bandhas and drishti (eye gaze).

VINYASA
Our Vinyasa yoga classes use the dynamic actions of inhaling and exhaling to link a series of yoga postures together. The fluid movements build internal heat while creating a moving meditation that is set to the rhythm of your own breath. Each vinyasa teacher combines a diverse collection of influences based on the traditions studied, practice and experience. Therefore, each class will be a unique expression of ‘vinyasa’ and vary from teacher to teacher.

POWER VINYASA

GENTLE HATHA
Our hatha and gentle hatha classes involve the use of breath, body, and mantra, to engage the spirit, body, and mind, creating a union, the center of which is the Heart, or what one might call the Soul. In this style of class, each yoga posture is generally held longer than in a flow or vinyasa style class, offering a different viewpoint from which to explore breath, alignment and energy. These classes are a great option for someone new to the practice or for seasoned practitioners who want to refine technique.

MOBILITY LAB + MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Our Mobility Labs are designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and stability. In addition to a yoga mat, this format often includes Yoga Tune-Up balls and other props to enhance the practice. Although the primary focus is on mobility, we'll also offer techniques and tips to improve student biomechanics, which are essential for maintaining an active lifestyle. This class is ideal for anyone looking to enhance their range of motion and overall physical health through targeted myofascial release and mobility exercises.

YIN
Our yin yoga classes consist of passively-held seated and supine positions held for 3-5min, allowing for access to deeper layers of connective tissue including the fascia, joints, ligaments, and bones. This style of practice is a wonderful compliment to the more active (yang) postures found in hatha and vinyasa classes.

RESTORATIVE
Our restorative yoga classes emphasize deep relaxation as your body is supported in supine and seated postures by props including bolsters, blankets and blocks. Passive posses help encourage complete relaxation and a connection to your parasympathetic nervous system.

YOGA WIND DOWN
Unwind and relax with this gentle, restorative class. This class is designed to help you de-stress and find your happy place. Expect a blend of gentle movement, passive stretches, restorative and yin postures, calming breathwork, and guided meditation. Appropriate for both beginner and advanced practitioners.

MOVE TO YOGA NIDRA
Forty minutes of gentle Hatha Yoga, along with longer-held, passive Yin Yoga postures followed by 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep (a guided meditation) = Bliss!

MEDITATION
Practice gently guiding the mind in order to become more present and at ease. Meditation helps to ground you in the here and now, and over time can help reduce stress, and improve focus and clarity.

PRENATAL
Prenatal yoga is a specific practice designed to both strengthen and soften the body through intuitive movement, yoga postures, breath work, and pelvic floor techniques. This class offers an empowering and personalized approach to help deepen the connection between mother and baby. Expect to be guided through a variety of poses and modifications to better understand pregnancy and how a yoga practice can support the journey to birth. This class is safe for all trimesters and experience levels. Partners and those not expecting are also welcome.

KIDS YOGA
Our children’s yoga classes teach age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness activities for children ages 5-12 years old. Through movement, games, and stories, children will be invited to grow in their self-awareness, improve their balance and physical strength, and learn tools for their emotional well-being.
