Ruth Yeh

Ruth has been practicing yoga for over 8 years. As someone who has struggled with stress, chronic fatigue and pain, her practice has helped to heal, strengthen and transform. As she continue to practice, yoga becomes less about just the physical practice and more about a way of living.

This practice has helped her learn about herself through connecting with body, breath, mind and soul and find community.

Ruth completed her 200 hour teacher training at Joy Yoga Center in May 2016. Her classes at Four Dragons Institute offer an open and safe space for students to play, explore and learn about body, breath, mind and soul. She teaches mindful vinyasa flow classes that are accessible to students at all levels, combining a variety of poses with intelligent, creative sequencing.

Ruth's hope is that her students feel refreshed, nourished, balanced and inspired at the end of class.
