Jessica Brock

Yoga taught Jessica how to be with her body and provided tools to manage chronic pain. Jessica's classes are paced to allow the process of noticing somatic sensations and how the mind and body experience the asanas. Students can expect cueing, mindfulness, and varied intensity in order to facilitate this investigation and draw attention to the body’s feedback. Inspired by her years in the traditional strength and conditioning community, Jessica incorporates exercises that aren’t traditionally found in modern postural yoga. Her sequences aim to find a balance between stability and mobility, while allowing students to determine that for themselves.
